Coach

  • Trainer references and qualifications

I have been practicing martial arts for almost 40 years. I am a master of Ju Jitsu and Karate, and my greatest sporting achievement is the title of world champion in Ju Jitsu in 1996 in Paris. I met WingTsun in 2018, and now I actively cooperate with WingTsun master Norbert Hitter from Salzburg, who is closely connected to the “Great Master” Mario Janisch from Vorarlberg (Austria). In recent years, I have devoted myself very much to learning WingTsun, which impressed me with its effectiveness, structure and depth. With this mission, today I teach WingTsun self-defense, which is a modern self-defense system that goes beyond the boundaries of classical martial arts and offers a holistic path of personal growth.

Over the years, I have developed not only as a fighter, but also as a teacher – I am also a personal trainer, a martial arts instructor at the police academy, and a practical shooting instructor. I was a member of a special forces unit, which gave me a deep understanding of real conflict situations and the importance of internal stability.

I believe that true strength comes from a balance between determination and peace. That is why today I teach martial arts holistically – as a path of physical development, self-confidence and personal responsibility. In the school I founded, I want to create a safe space where every individual – child, adolescent or adult – can develop their inner and outer strength.

I invite you to begin your journey – courageously, at your own pace.

Courses

  • Anti-violence courses and training for children

The Cool-KIDS program helps children to more easily handle unpleasant situations. The content of the training goes far beyond just physical self-defense. In five phases, we offer a holistic approach to learning for children and teenagers – adapted to their age, development and everyday challenges.

  • Self-defense courses

The concept of WingTsun and Ju Jitsu forms the basis of our courses. Through these martial arts, participants learn how to effectively prepare for a fight using WingTsun or Ju Jitsu techniques.

Emphasis is placed on both unarmed self-defense and defenses against armed attacks and multiple attackers. The training units are designed to develop practical skills that participants can use in real-world situations – quickly, safely, and thoughtfully.

  • Self-defense courses for women

Every woman knows everyday situations in which she feels uncomfortable or even threatened – situations in which it is sometimes difficult to define one’s own boundaries and then protect them. With our practical course, we help you to rely on your “gut feeling” and respond appropriately.

In the 3-hour course you will gain:

    • ✅ effective techniques for defending against attacks and harassment,

    • ✅ how to recognize dangerous situations in time,

    • ✅ how to respond calmly but firmly,

    • ✅ how to use your natural strength – without muscles, with instinct,

    • ✅ how to say “enough is enough!” – with voice, expression or action.

Our approach is based on the functional self-defense of WingTsun and Ju Jitsu, the latest psychological insights, and strong values such as: courage, inner peace, perseverance, clear boundaries, self-discipline, and self-confidence.

We will teach you how to emerge victorious from an “uncomfortable” situation.
This course is more than self-defense – it is your first step towards a new self-image.

You are strength. You are determination. You are peace.

Trial training

  • How does the trial training work?

Once you have agreed a time with the school manager, your first training will take place as part of a group lesson. We will set aside a special time for you on this day and offer you full support. You will receive a reminder SMS, an introductory explanation, a full hour of self-defense training, and materials for home understanding. After the training, we will take additional time to answer all your questions.

You don’t have to make any decisions at the first training session – this visit is just to get a feel for how the class is run and to get answers to any questions you may have.

  • How do I book a trial training session?

You can submit a request for a trial training via the forms on our website. We will then call you to arrange the first appointment. Immediately after receiving your application, you will receive a message on your phone, followed by a personal call from the school manager.

  • Is the trial training free?

Yes. Your trial training is completely non-binding and free of charge. All you need to do is make an appointment with the school principal.
